Our service users
Find out more about the diverse individuals that we support in residential and community settings.

We are an inclusive and welcoming organisation, and this is reflected in the diversity of our service users. We support adults aged 18-67 through our residential and community services.

Our experienced key workers and support staff work closely with each individual that we support, to help them identify and achieve development goals. Sometimes these goals represent major life events such as moving into new accommodation or entering paid employment.

For others even completing more everyday tasks such as organising, shopping or taking a journey independently, can represent major achievements. It is our aim to identify and support each individual to achieve the goals that are most relevant to them

The Service User Forum

Our Service User Forum gives the people that we support the opportunity to meet and take part in a range of activities and trip. The forum is led entirely by service users, who vote to choose the destination for each monthly trip, and who also select a chair to run their meetings. The Forum is supported by our key workers who offer support with administration and funding applications.
