Graham Court is a supported living service in Weston-super-Mare. The 13-bed property opened in early 2021 following conversion and refurbishment of the beautiful Victorian house.
The people supported benefit from Cintre’s on-site partnership-based support services within Graham Court and can also access support and activities through our Community Services.
Adults can be referred to Graham Court by North Somerset Council.

Beaufort Road is a mixed house in Weston-super-Mare where individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health live in individual en-suite rooms.
Cintre House offers residential support for up to seven adults housed in individual rooms. The house is welcoming and spacious, with a warm, homely environment.
