Supported living service for adults with complex mental health

Homeward is a mixed house in Weston-super-Mare where individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health live in individual en-suite rooms, can enjoy a spacious lounge overlooking the garden which offers great birdwatching opportunities and possibilities for gardening and football. The conservatory is perfect for puzzles and crafting, and the house has a lovely kitchen where individuals are supported to cook. They are supported by a 24-hour team of Cintre staff.

Dr Claire Mould, Chief Executive Officer of Cintre, comments, “The new residents moved in on 31 July 2020 and everyone is settling in well. They have enjoyed personalising their rooms and making the house feel like their home. In addition to the 1:1 support that individuals are receiving focusing on their specific interests and needs, they are enjoying participating in the variety of activities that our community services team are providing. These take place both at Homeward and at our Cintre Point Weston service. Individuals are looking forward to visiting our Cintre Point Bristol service when they have time to fit it in!”
