Cintre is a dynamic support service tailored to adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health issues. Its foremost aims are to support those in need to leading an independent life.
A ‘Cintre’ is a tool used by architects when building an arch. It supports the construction until the arch is capable of holding itself independently. In this way, we at Cintre, provide the necessary support to vulnerable people to maximise their independence and their ability to stand strong, resilient, and unaided.
In Summer 2018 a group of our Reachout and Cintre House service users were given the chance to get outdoors and practice bushcraft, natural art and survival skills during a series of six Woodland Wednesdays workshops. This project was kindly organised
